FairSeekers is operated by Technology Geeks, Inc. ("we," "us"). By using FairSeekers, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What FairSeekers is

FairSeekers is an informational directory of collector and hobby shows. We are not a ticketing platform. Where a "Get tickets" or "Visit site" link is shown, it takes you to the organizer's own site or ticket seller. We don't process payments or sell tickets ourselves. The site and accounts are free to use.

Accuracy of listings

Show dates, times, prices, and other details are collected from third-party sources (organizer sites, venue calendars, and similar) and from organizers themselves. Dates and plans can change. We verify what we can and cite our sources, but we do not guarantee that any listing is complete, current, or correct. Confirm details directly with the organizer before attending any show, especially for recurring or far-future dates.

Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm a parent or guardian is aware that you use the site.
• Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You may close your account at any time from the account deletion page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the site or other people at risk.

Your content

Reviews, ratings, display names, avatars, profile text, and event information you submit are your content. You keep ownership of it. You give Technology Geeks, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on and in connection with FairSeekers (including in search-engine and social previews of the page it appears on), for as long as it is on the site. You promise that you wrote it or have the right to share it, that it is truthful, and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights. Our Review Guidelines set out what reviews may and may not contain.

Moderation

We may review, hold, edit for formatting, decline to publish, or remove any content, and we may suspend accounts, at our discretion and without prior notice, including content that breaks these terms or the Review Guidelines. Review text is checked before it is published. We do not edit the meaning of your words, and we do not remove reviews because they are negative.

Organizers

• Organizer accounts require a postal address and phone number, and are approved by an administrator. Approval can be withheld or withdrawn.
• You may claim only events you actually organize or are authorized to manage, and you must be truthful in your claim. We may ask for proof, such as control of an email address on your event's domain.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you add or edit. Edits you make are recorded with your account as the source, and we keep a history of changes. We may revert or correct information that is wrong, misleading, or that we cannot reconcile with other sources.
• New events you submit are reviewed before they appear. Edits to claimed events may appear right away and are spot-checked.
• You may not review your own events, ask others to post reviews in exchange for rewards, or post fake reviews of competing events.
• If a claim is disputed, we decide based on the evidence available, and our decision is final for purposes of the listing.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, republish, or misuse the site's content in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of the organizers and venues we list. Don't attempt to break into accounts or the site, overload it, send spam through it, or use it to harass anyone.

Copyright

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, follow the steps on our DMCA page.

Disclaimer of warranties

FairSeekers is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that any listing or user review is complete, current, accurate, or error-free, or that the site will be available at all times. Reviews are opinions of their authors, not ours.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Technology Geeks, Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on a listing or review, including travel to a show that has been canceled, rescheduled, or misdescribed by its source. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, email account holders. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
